Living the dream.

LIVING THE DREAM Being truly alive can be described as doing the things you really want to do. a popular definition of success is achieving your set goal, unfortunately, many a time I forget to set my goals, or better still, change the goal to accomodate circumstances, to my detriment i realise that this is wrong. having worked in Sales all my life, i have come to the realisation that, 1. Not all targets are realistic:  I  once had a job to head a unit in an organisation, the unit was created on the basis to help develop a Route to Market for the products. when my KPI's was handed to me, i was too naive to ask for the road map, my tools and what exactly was being saidbin between the lines, I have learnt the biggest lesson in my life, ASK QUESTIONS!!! never be the Superwoman, there is no magic wand for achievement, review the target monthly,weekly, daily. I grew up trying to please everyone, which is different from being the best you can be. this is where the target becomes realisti...
