No one can force you to do a job you do not want to do. Sales Jobs can seem to be weary behind closed doors, you get to a point and say to yourself "is this really worth the stress?" Sales jobs have their down days where you feel that you just cannot go on.
From experience it is easier to stay Self Motivated, than expecting to Management to keep you motivated, because we all have a free will, and we rebel when being coerced into submission.
Simple Crazy tips to keep you Self Motivated:
- As at that Moment, you are the person for the Job: Feel good with yourself
- It is just a Job; This job does not define whom you are, it is just a process to achieve your dreams.
- Remind yourself the reason you are at the job: Bad days do not last forever.
- Remind yourself of past victories, you can succeed at anything, so keep going.
- Management will always change, so just hold on, strategies constantly change, however you need to choose when to leave.
- Your Manager might be insensitive, but he is as frustrated as you are. (this should make you smile.)
- Try to see a positive in everything: This is difficult, but there is always a positive, cool down and look at the scenario again.
- Remind yourself to be the best version of yourself every day, it does not matter if you are not the required standard, your requirement will always come along if you are true to yourself.
- Strike a deal with yourself. Give yourself a gift to reward yourself for overcoming the struggle. Incentive schemes are dwindling in most Organisations, HR are trying to figure out the balance, Just reward yourself constantly, keep in there till you find your desired next stop.
- One day, your dream will come true!
