Science of Successful.
Becoming Successful is never dependent of your location, the kind of job or profession, neither is it about the way you look, or the kind of family you come from.
I have spent a great part of my life in Nigeria and I got a lot of things wrong, yes I do love Nigeria but I can honestly say that I was not happy with the infrastructure, lifestyle of my neighborhood, Schools I had gone to, just to list a few.
My career has been dynamic, my formative years at a pharmaceutical Company gave me a strong foundation.

I have been opportuned to be part of various projects, I have driven volumes for my respective territories or Area.
During the last election, I preached the gospel of APC because of Babatunde Raji Fashola . Lagos had transformed from a slum to a city I am proud of as a Nigerian, Lagos state should be a model we can repeat Nationwide.
One phrase that rings in my ears, Entrepreneurship!.
Being an Entrepreneur in Nigeria is scary, especially if you went to a Nigerian University.
Reasons why?
1. The students read to pass, knowledge should be applied not stored.
I learnt this, I did Industrial Chemistry as a first degree, so why am I not producing the simplest of soaps? The companies I have applied for jobs from record billions of naira in manufacturing.
2. Required timing: Timelines are essential, however as a Nigerian graduate, ( I have managed a huge crowd of Nigerian graduates, this vicious cycle repeats itself) our timelines are buy a car, get married, build a house. We do not even bother about career goals anymore, we struggle to manage with our salaries and be grateful we have a job. Not good enough!
3. Not ready to be modest today and be wealthy tomorrow: this is not about savings, we do not want to start a business little, Shop rite had it first mall at Lekki for 5 years before Ikeja mall, Ikeja mall has one of their highest revenue in the World.
4. Goals and targets: Sincerely, I never heard this phase when I was in the University, however I had to understand that each organization lived by this, no matter how crude, I never had real goals or target becoming an entrepreneur, an entrepreneur is not being a distributor of your company goods, but you also creating goods and services.
5. Reading: we are a religious generation, however we read few classics, our artistes have proven that classics are guides. I would recommend Wattle D. Wallace " Science of Being Rich"
Action Plan
For your dream of a supermarket, begin with a peanut stand.
Yes, I got this from Wattle, but this information is everywhere, but let's give a Nigerian definition, to become like shop rite, and you do not have capital, begin by hawking groundnut.
Oyinda? Wetin now?
You see pride?
Think deeper!
You could supply Shoprite, you could begin your packaging line, you could plant groundnut, you could generate electricity with the groundnut gourds. The list is longer than this.
We need to learn to create what we want, not just go shopping.
#change
Life is with living happily.
