Does Sales Certification answer all questions? Follow your gut while hiring your sales team.

What could be wrong? I have seen that Certification in Sales does not always add up.
Sales Certification is not always the Way forward. 
My Personal opinion is: "A Smart sales Pro can read the Market like a travelling caravan, uses the sun and the soil to navigate the route, understanding the elements and the seasons to predict trends. The Market evolves in times and seasons as the people evolve in consumer behaviors. The Sales pro studies the nature of the Target audience and predicts the likely outcome of the behavioral model, with data and logical thinking. simply explained: I have 2 daughters, 16 and 12, we are in different demographics, I want them to buy a product of mine, a corn snack, telling them it is a maize snack, they will never touch it with a long pole. To launch my Corn Snack:⧬ I have to engage the Consumer( The person who will eat the snack) and the Customer ( The person who will buy and sell the snack) The consumer will be engaged by Marketing, using our 4P's and extended with our Consumer Drivers ( A2QVP2) The Customer will be engaged with FASCAR ( Thinking through the Profit story) I tell people, "Sales is fun not a warfare" A complex Jigsaw puzzle that requires childlike eyes to fix.
